The school agrees for Amy Miller of Beloved Photography to be the only photographer on photo day and for the following 60 days after photo day for professional school portraits.

The school agrees to deliver to each student a photo day "save the date" flyer 2 weeks prior to photo day, and parent prep info 1-2 weeks prior to photo day. Amy Miller will provide the digital documents up to two weeks before scheduled photo day. If desired, Amy Miller can provide physical copies for parents.

The school agrees that Amy Miller will need student rosters no later than two weeks prior to photo day.

The school agrees that Amy Miller will provide all equipment on photo day.

The school agrees that Amy Miller may need a parent volunteer or staff person on photo day to bring children to have their photos taken.

The school agrees that photos may need up to two weeks for completion. Once completed Amy Miller will send confirmation to the school and direct links to the parents with instructions how to view and order photos.

The school agrees to send parents an initial email to make sure they are receiving their gallery info, and to refer to Amy Miller for additional questions.

The school agrees that the parents and school will have 10 calendar days to order prints and products after the gallery opens.

The school agrees that the prints and products will be delivered to the school by Amy Miller. The school is responsible for delivering the prints to the parents. Any prints lost or damaged at the school will be the responsibility of the school to reimburse Amy Miller for reprinting.

The school does not have permission to edit the images or make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer. The school does have permission to use the images for marketing purposes, and internally for identification, trainings, etc.

The school agrees that Amy Miller will provide the school with one free digital photo of their choice of each staff member or co-op leader, as well as one photo of each student if desired for internal or marketing purposes.

The school agrees that teachers that have students at the school will receive a 30% discount if they have one child at the school, and a 40% discount if they have more than one child at the school.

The school agrees that Amy Miller will donate 5% of net profits to for-profit schools and 10% of net profit to non-profit schools. (Sales less operating costs for the shoot).

Operating costs include equipment rental, assistant wages, lab fees, and paper materials.
